The typical ridge of high pressure that sits near North Texas will be with us this week. That will allow temperatures to climb into the upper 90s to low 100s most of this week. There will be a small chance of rain Wednesday evening and Thursday. But coverage will be low.
Next week, the pattern will go back similar to what happened last week! A strong upper level low will dive into the Great Lakes and send cooler air toward Texas. It may not be as cool as last week’s air. But temperatures slipping back into the low 90s and upper 80s for a few days next week will feel pretty good. And the best part of all, there will be some more rain chances starting Monday night thru Wednesday of next week.
