DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Authorities in Dallas may have tied up a series of crimes after an arrest early Tuesday morning in the Pleasant Grove area.

The incident started with a burglary call at a Cricket Wireless store, located near the intersection of Bruton Road and Buckner Boulevard. An officer responding to the scene saw a suspect fleeing. That person hopped off of a bike and started to take off on foot.

The suspect ran to a nearby Magic Car Care parking lot and tried to hide from officers. However, with some help from a police helicopter, authorities were able to flush out the suspect and take him into custody. The man’s name has not been released.

Police are now trying to determine if the same suspect is also responsible for at least two other similar burglaries on Tuesday, including one at a T-Mobile store located about six blocks away.
