FRISCO (105.3 The Fan) – This weekend, the Cowboys are hitting the road with a visit to Washington … and giving Cowboys fans a chance to visit The Star in Frisco.
The Cowboys will host “The Star Community Day’’ on Sunday, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., allowing a free-of-charge chance for guests to tour the facility. There will be a cost for concessions but parking and viewing are free to the Frito Lay-sponsored event, which will allow visitors to view the Tostitos Championship Plaza, the interior of the Ford Center and the high school locker rooms.
The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, mascot Rowdy, an assortment of former NFL players and former Cowboys greats Mel Renfro and Everson Walls will be present as well for the family-friendly event, which will feature bounce houses, games and a Play 60 Clinic.
