Alliance Air Show
The Alliance Air Show kicks off Saturday at Alliance Airport in Fort Worth. Thousands of people are expected to attend the annual show, which will feature some of the best pilots this country has to offer.
Federal budget cuts meant the Navy’s Blue Angels had to scrap their 2013 season, including the scheduled performance at the Fort Worth Alliance Air Show. But on Tuesday, Alliance Air Services President Tom Harris proclaimed, “We are here today to officially announce that the show will go on!”
As it turns out, the Blue Angels won’t be performing this October at the Fort Worth Alliance Air Show in Fort Worth. Federal budget cuts have prompted the Navy to cancel the remaining portion of the Blue Angels 2013 season.
