SPCA Prepares To Adopt Out Seized Neglected Cats
More than two dozen neglected cats from Ellis County have new hope this morning. The SPCA is checking them over and hopes to have them adopted out during the holidays.
SPCA Seizes 25 ‘Cruelly Confined’ Cats In Ellis County
The SPCA of Texas, in conjunction with the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office, seized 25 cruelly confined, neglected cats from a house in Avalon on Wednesday morning.
African American Cemetery Bulldozed In Ellis County
It was last Saturday, when Kirby arrived at St. Mary to cut the grass, when he saw a shocking scene. “They were just gone”, he said. A section of the cemetery had disappeared.
