Survivor Pursues Lawsuit Against Teen In Deadly DWI Crash

A North Texas family says they are not settling with Ethan Couch’s family. In fact, they want a jury to hear their lawsuit. The family says their young son is still traumatized and dealing with the impact of the deadly crash that happened last summer.

DA Moves Forward With New Effort To Lock Up Teenage Drunk Driver

There’s a new effort to put a teenage drunk driver behind bars. Ethan Couch killed four people in a crash this past summer. Now the Tarrant County DA is turning his attention toward the two surviving, but severely injured teens in the crash.
