A former senior corporal with the Dallas Police Department and head of Dallas Crime Stoppers has pled guilty to conspiracy and tax charges.

Tortured Dog, Hope, Finds A New Home

Three days ago, a female pug-mix was found wandering a ranch property in blistering heat with an engorged tongue, swollen because it had been pulled out and clinched between its jaws. Its snout was secured shut with packing tape. But on Friday, Parker County authorities send word: Hope has a new home.
