Louis Bright Officially Named Dallas Fire Rescue Chief

A familiar face in firehouses across the city of Dallas will now be a mainstay. The Dallas City Manager has officially named Louis Bright III as Chief of Dallas Fire Rescue.

Fallen Dallas Firefighter Laid To Rest In Greenville

On Friday, final respects were paid to fallen Dallas Firefighter Todd Krodle. The nearly 18-year department veteran died over the weekend, after falling through the roof of an apartment, while fighting a three-alarm blaze.

4 Dallas Firefighters Injured When Roof Collapses

Four Dallas firefighters were injured Wednesday morning, after a roof collapsed at a burning home. The rescuers were taken to Parkland Hospital for treatment and are expected to be okay.
