Drivers in northeast Fort Worth are concerned about safety, just days after Trinity Boulevard was washed out. Drivers say you can hear the Trinity Railway Express train along Norwood Drive, but there are places where you have a hard time seeing it.
It is a project intended to alleviate flooding on a notoriously flood prone Fort Worth road. Ironically, weekend rains and construction caused a portion of Trinity Boulevard behind Bell Helicopter to collapse.
Construction will close some connections between Woodall Rodgers Freeway and Riverfront Boulevard starting Tuesday.
