After a fairly heated discussion, Dallas County commissioners voted 3-2 to join the federal voting rights challenge to Texas’ new voter ID law, which requires voters to present photo identification to vote in person.
It involved a lot of finger pointing and name-calling and no, in this case, we’re not talking about a reality television show. These were the antics Tuesday during a meeting of the Dallas County Commissioner’s Court.
Dallas County has reported more than 2,500 cases of animal cruelty this year. Now, the county is set to take hisotric measures to crack down on people accused of animal abuse.
