“Big D Climb” Has Participants Racing 52 Flights Of Stairs

North Texas’ biggest stair climb gets underway Saturday morning with Dallas’ police chief taking part. Those participating in “The Big D Climb” will ‘race’ up 52 flights of stairs… that’s exactly 1,040 steps.

Fountain Place Evacuated After Fake Bomb Threat

Dallas police evacuated the Fountain Place office building at 1445 Ross Ave. and blocked off surrounding city streets after an employee phoned in a bomb threat as a joke Saturday morning.

Jordanian Man Gets 24 Years In Dallas Bomb Plot

A Jordanian man caught in an FBI sting trying to blow up a Dallas skyscraper was sentenced Tuesday to 24 years in prison after telling the court he was ashamed of his actions and renouncing al-Qaida.
