North Texas Animal Sanctuary Gets 10 New Big Cats

Eight months after a distemper outbreak began at the In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue and Education Center in Wylie the sanctuary is welcoming more than a dozen new big cats.

Virus Outbreak That Killed 7 North Texas Big Cats Appears Over

A spokeswoman for a North Texas animal sanctuary where seven big cats have died of a virus says the worst of the outbreak appears to be over even though some cats still show symptoms.

3rd Big Cat Dies At North Texas Animal Sanctuary

Canine distemper has claimed the life of a third big cat at an animal sanctuary in Wylie. A spokeswoman for In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue and Education Center says a male tiger named Abrams died Monday.
