The former K-9 handler for a Waco Sheriff’s office has been reprimanded following accusations of making the canine vicious and anti-social.
Dallas Police Department K-9 handlers hosted an event Saturday to raise money for an organization that provides stab and bulletproof vests to K-9 officers all over the country.
