Cilic Tops Nishikori At US Open For 1st Slam Title

The 14th-seeded Cilic won his first major final Monday, beating 10th-seeded Kei Nishikori of Japan 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 at the U.S. Open by using 17 aces and a rebuilt game.

TXA 21’s Dallas Tennis Classic Semifinals Set

Canadian 27-year old Frank Dancevic, the 175th ranked player in the world, capped a week full of upsets at the Dallas Tennis Classic in Irving with a 7-6, 7-6 win over top seeded Marin Cilic Friday evening to advance to Saturday’s semifinals of the ATP Challenger Tour event.
