Fort Worth City Councilman Joel Burns Resigning

He burst into the national spotlight 2010 after giving an emotional speech letting homosexual teens who are victims of bullying know “it gets better.” Tuesday night Joel Burns announced that he is resigning from the Fort Worth City Council.

Mizzou Player Says He Is Gay, Could Be First Openly Gay NFL Player

University of Missouri All-American Michael Sam says he is gay, and the defensive end could become the first openly homosexual player in the NFL.
