Texas Abortion Law Teed Up For Supreme Court Review

Abortion is back before the Supreme Court, and the justices could signal by the end of June whether they are likely to take up the biggest case on the hot-button subject in nearly a quarter-century. SCOTUS is considering an emergency appeal from abortion providers in Texas.

More Texas Planned Parenthood Abortion Clinics Nearing Shut-Down

Planned Parenthood has no immediate plans to build more abortion clinics in Texas. Currently, only eight abortion facilities remain. These clinics — also in Dallas and Fort Worth — may remain open if no further court action is taken.
