Angry Dallas Neighbor Allegedly Kills 2 Over Dog Poop

A double murder at an apartment complex on Abrams, near Northwest Highway, has a lot of people shaking their heads. According to neighbors, the feud and ultimate deadly shooting was all over poop from a pet dog.
