Dallas Accepts Donation For Second Downtown ‘Signature Bridge’

The Dallas City Council accepted a major donation towards creation of a bicycle and pedestrian bridge by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, to go along with the Margaret Hunt Hill bridge.
