Hundreds of electrical workers from North Texas are starting their second week in the northeast. Workers are helping restore power to the areas hit hard by Superstorm Sandy.
Many North Texans are asking what they can do to help storm victims on the east coast. Today CBS 11 News is hosting a phone bank during the 4, 5 and 6 p.m. newscasts.
Ronnie Lowe is Executive Director of the Lancaster Outreach Center. It’s been two and a half months since the storm and Lowe says tornado victims are still coming in for help.
