A preliminary investigation has led one North Texas police department to believe a crash that took the life of a high school student may have been the result of texting while driving.
It was earlier this month that two North Texas high school students died after a night of drugs and alcohol in Grapevine. Monday the Medical Examiner listed both their cause of death as Mixed Drug Toxicity.
Grapevine police released more information about the house where two teenagers were found dead, of apparent drug overdoses. Officers found the bodies of Southlake Carroll High students Kyle McNutt and Chase Nunez on Saturday.
Friends and family of a Terrell ISD teen are suggesting the girl’s death was the result of bullying. Monday officials with the district said, “That has been some of the rumor and allegation. We routinely investigate any such allegation. We’re continuing our investigation processes.”
