After years of back-and-forth negotiations, the issues of erecting natural gas wells and compressors in the city of Dallas failed late Wednesday afternoon at Dallas City Hall.
The city of Dallas is now debating just how close gas drilling sites should be allowed to homes, schools, and businesses.
Members of the Dallas Plan Commission boarded a convoy of tour vans, and headed to the L.B. Houston Golf and Sports Complex, to see for themselves proposed sites for natural gas drilling on city-owned land.
