North Texas Court Dismisses Case Against ‘Sexting’ Teacher

Most people believe the exchange of sexually explicit text messages between a teacher and student should not be happening and is probably against the law. But a North Texas court has ruled that some ‘sexting’ is actually free speech and protected by the law.
