“Normally you don’t want a bye week when you can ‘stew in it’ after a disappointing game, but in this particular case getting some knicks and bruises cleaned up as well as healed up” said Jones on 105.3 The Fan
“I couldn’t be more disappointed, or more frankly surprised that we didn’t play better,” said Cowboys owner/GM Jerry Jones on his weekly radio show with 105.3 The Fan’s New School morning show.
Jerry also talked about Dez Bryant reaching out to Jay Novacek to be a guiding figure in his life. “Jay has great people skills and he was my father’s favorite player.”

The Cowboys owner/CEO said that the notion of QB Tony Romo snubbing him on the sidelines following the big loss to the Lions is “Ridiculous”
