Tuesday, May 20, 2014 marks the one year anniversary of the day an EF-5 tornado tore through Moore, Oklahoma.
An overwhelming feeling of loss from the devastation of deadly tornadoes was lessened somewhat by thousands of volunteers in Arkansas. Among those bringing hope was a North Texas disaster relief group.
Dozens of tornadoes and intense thunderstorms swept across the Midwest on Sunday, leaving at least five people dead.
Many of the national groups that were originally in Granbury to help after a tornado tore though the community, killing 7 people, have left. But Mission Granbury is still lending a helping hand.

Just after 3:00 p.m. (CST) officials with the National Weather Service upgraded the classification of the deadly tornado that struck in Moore, Oklahoma to an EF-5, the strongest storm rank on the enhanced Fujita scale.
