Justice Dept. Says Lance Was “Unjustly Enriched”

The Justice Department laid out its case in a lawsuit against Lance Armstrong on Tuesday, saying the cyclist violated his contract with the U.S. Postal Service and was “unjustly enriched” while cheating to win the Tour de France.

Voter ID Trial Delay Deadline Here

Thursday is the deadline for the state Attorney General’s office to respond to the Justice Department’s request to delay the July trial date on Texas’s controversial voter ID Bill.
