Dallas County Offering HIV Testing On World AIDS Day

More than 14,000 people in Dallas County are living with HIV, and last year nearly 900 news cases were diagnosed. Dallas County Health Director Zachary Thompson says what’s more staggering is hundreds of teens are living with the disease.
