Summer is a great time to enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables. Fortunately, there are several places in the Dallas area where farmers from the area sell their produce. There has been a movement in recent years to have only food grown in the area, so you know it is very fresh. Some of the markets become community events with entertainment and prepared food.

They only have local farmers selling things they have grown themselves. It is open Friday through Sunday, 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
