There may not be a way to get more organic than the Spiral Diner. With locations in Fort Worth and Oak Cliff, they are single-handedly changing the way North Texans think of eating Vegan. This oft-lauded restaurant takes traditional dishes — think burgers, hot dogs, chili — and creates them without meat, but manages to somehow keep the flavor.
