This luncheon, benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, is one that fashion-goers highly attend year after year—not only for great fashion but also to support a charitable cause. The luncheon includes a show of fashions from Stanley Korshak in a fashion show produced by none other than the fashion show guru herself, Jan Strimple. With a champagne reception also included in the price of attendance, this charity luncheon is always referred to as one of the best fashion and charity events in DFW for the year.

Sponsored by top fashion brands in the industry such as Diane von Furstenberg, Escada and Lela Rose, the Mad Hatter’s Tea is well worth the time and money. Attendees are encouraged to come decked out in their finest all while sporting a fun and individualized hat that will be later judged in a competition. Ticket purchases include a champagne reception, fashion presentation and seated lunch with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Dallas Arboretum.

The Design Industries Foundation Fighting Aids (DIFFA) raises funds through a variety of events hosted throughout the year for organizations that help in the fight against AIDS. One of those events is the House of DIFFA fashion production which brings in the best designers and fashion experts for one night of high-energy theatrical and show-stopping fashion presentations to help raise funds for distribution by the DIFFA organization. While last year’s show was completely sold out, this year’s show promises to follow along the same path with its theme of a modernized Masquerade Ball. Children’s Cancer Fund’s 26th Annual Luncheon

The Honorary Co-Chairs for this event are Dallas celebrities Troy Aikman and Roger Staubach along with the 2014 Co-Chairs Tyler Kuelbs and Stacie Wells.
