Grandma Betty

A grandma is taking the web by storm and gaining some big name followers.

She is grandmabetty33 on Instagram.

Her grandson, Zach, set up the account to chronicle her last days on earth as she battles lung cancer.

He posts pictures of her daily life — smiling and sleeping — and videos including one of Grandma Betty dancing to the hit song “Happy.”

This video has caught the attention of “Happy’s” singer Pharell Williams, who is one of Grandma Betty’s nearly 87 thousand followers.

Grandma Betty’s been interviewed about her new found fame on social media — to which she said, “I’ve been
here 80 years; maybe they’ll learn something good from me.”

New Spin On “Let It Go”

It’s the song parents have heard non-stop since Disney’s “Frozen” premiered, and now a Dallas student’s new spin on “Let It Go” has become a viral smash.

Brian Hull attends Dallas Baptist University and his rendition of “Let It Go” has racked up more than two million views.

He sings the song with the voices of 21 different Disney and Pixar characters.

From “Beauty and the Beast” and “Monsters Inc.” to “The Little Mermaid” and “The Lion King,” Hull changes Disney characters in a split second.

Hull said he made the video as part of a contest to win a $100 Disney gift card.
