Fort Worth city leaders may be narrowing their budget gap thanks to a better than expected appraisals report. The Fort Worth City Council is trying to figure out how to trim a 77 million dollar budget gap for next year,  City budget officer Horatio Porter says property valuations are down, but not as much as anticipated.
