The idea maybe new here in North Texas, but it’s been embraced for some time in Austin and San Antonio.

“I think that’s what we like to bring out our own little piece of Austin here but in our own Fort Worth way. Fort Wort has it’s own independent vibe to it and supports independent businesses well,” said Kruger.

Red Jett Sweets isn’t knew to Fort Worth.  The mobile cupcakery has trucks near TCU and Montgomery Plaza, but before they could only stay for an hour at a time.
