DALLAS (KRLD) – Dallas realtors say a convicted thief is at it again.

Now a realtor for Dave Perry-Miller and Associates says he’s showing up at open houses, and she fears he is casing them for another robbery.

The realtor is concerned for her safety, because she says she and her colleagues are often in the houses alone.
She’s so concerned that she asked us to withhold her name.

Breed, a minister and former teacher, was also arrested in Frisco in 2010 on theft charges after a similar open house scheme.
