DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – “The Amazing Spider-Man” is now in theaters, a mere five years since Tobey Maguire starred in the last Spider-Man film. This time Andrew Garfield plays Peter Parker and Emma Stone plays his latest love interest, Gwen Stacy.

Rhys Ifans plays Dr. Curt Connors, who becomes Spider-man’s nemesis The Lizard. He shunned having a double and performed all his stunts himself. Ifans even wore the motion capture suit needed to film The Lizard.
