DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – The Dallas Mavericks announced on Thursday that they have again indefinitely  suspended Delonte West for “conduct detrimental to the team.”

“We have suspended Delonte” said Mavs General Manager Donnie Nelson. “The suspension is effective immediately and no other statement will be issued.”

This is West’s second suspension from the team this year.

He was punished on October 15th after a pre season game locker room incident in which the guard “cut it loose,’’ according to a source. West was reinstated the next afternoon after meeting with Nelson and head coach Rick Carlisle.

The veteran West has been forthcoming about his struggles with  bipolar disorder, which he manages with the help of medication.

West is obviously not happy with the Mavericks decision to suspend him. After the news was released of his suspension he was busy tweeting (@CharleeRedz13):
