The key is to shopping smart and knowing what details to look for.
Amanda Davis and Lacy Winter of Ciao Bella Consulting in Allen say you can find a Chanel-inspired purse for less than a hundred dollars.
“Detailing is what it’s all about when it comes to designer bags,” says Davis.
You can find bargain bags on the website.
If you want the real deal designer brands, Davis and Winter recommend hitting the outlets.

“We found it at the outlet in Allen and it was on sale then an additional 30 then an additional 10,” says Davis.
TJMaxx, Marshall’s and Kohl’s are also other options for bargain hunters, you just might not find the current on-trend bags.
“You just have to keep in mind too when you are shopping at the outlets or off-brand stores like TJMaxx and Marshall’s, those bags are probably a few seasons old,” cautions Davis.
But if you just need to have that designer Kate Spade or Louis Vuitton, make it an investment buy.
Davis and Winter advise to buy a bag in a neutral color so you can wear it for more than just one season.
If you want something trendy that will likely go out of style quickly, head to Target or Forever21.
