WACO (CBSDFW.COM) – CBS 11’s Ginger Allen spoke exclusively with the owner of the fertilizer plant in West where hundreds were injured Wednesday evening.

“Things just blew up,” he told Allen about the fire that started at the plant, which resulted in an explosion at about 8 p.m.

None of his employees were on-duty at the time of the explosion.
