NORTH TEXAS (CBS 11 NEWS) – “Free Friday” kicks off tonight in the Dallas Arts District.  From six until midnight the entire family can enjoy The Dallas Museum of Art, The Nasher Sculpture Center and the Crow Collection of Asian Art all for FREE.

Spend your evening traveling across Asia with performances, art activities, and complimentary Asian beer samples.  Then end the night with  your very own karaoke performance!  While you’re at the Crow Collection see their newest exhibition, KUSHO.  New York based Japanese artist Shinichi Maruyama developed KUSHO, a series of photographs of momentary collisions between ink and water in mid-air.

Across the street, it’s ‘Til Midnight at the Nasher Sculpture Center.  Enjoy the sounds of the band Calhoun and watch the Three Amigos on the lawn.  Inside wander through their current exhibition Wunderblock by Katharina Grosse.  This exhibition ends September 1st.
