DALLAS, Texas (105.3 THE FAN) – Coming off an embarrassing season opening loss against the 49ers, the Cowboys are preparing to hit the road for the next two games and owner Jerry Jones main concern is if his team is able to recover and make the necessary changes to compete with the Titans.
“The biggest concern I have is if we are going to be able to correct the things that set us back – we’ve been working on them” said Jones on his 105.3 The Fan show.READ MORE: Remarkable Turnaround For North Texas Puppy Found 2 Years Ago Fighting For Life https://twitter.com/JC1053/status/510451131265187841
“It’s what we are taking to Nashville – not we run into in Nashville” said Jones referring to the unprepared Week 1 defense.
When asked if quarterback Tony Romo was mentally prepared following his disappointing performance against San Francisco that included 3 INTs in the first half, Jones praised Romo’s ‘quarterback temperament,’ and the ability to shake-it-off and move on. “He is as good as I’ve ever been around at not carrying the mistake with him” said Jones.
