ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) – A large piece of metal crashed into the windshield of a man’s car as he was driving on I-30 in Arlington Tuesday afternoon.
Antonio Arzate was on his way to drop off his son at The University of Texas at Arlington when it happened.
He said a car in front of his ran over the piece of metal, launching it into his passenger side windshield.
Neither Arzate nor his son were injured. He said the area where it happened has had ongoing paving work for some time.
He plans to contact the company currently working at the site and file a claim.
