Ricardo Hernandez said he made this cutout of Lee Harvey Oswald to take Oswald’s old apartment site as part of a tour.

When a JFK historian saw it, he posted it on Facebook and folks responded with disgust.
“The whole idea of a memorial is to pay respect. And at a site of a memorial you don’t expect to see a cardboard cutout of the alleged assassin holding the rifle that was attributed to killing the President,” said Farris Rookstool III, who took the above picture.
