The line at the Taxpayer Assistance Center at the Earle Cabell Federal Building in downtown Dallas was reported to have hundreds of people waiting for tax help.

One of the taxpayers who’s made more than one trip, is still trying to resolve his tax problems. “I came yesterday at 1:20pm and they had already shut down and were not letting anybody in,” said Tim. “But their phone message says 8:30am – 4:30pm – no appointment necessary.”
