Update 5:15 p.m. Barbara Sanchez was found Thursday afternoon. She was involved in a traffic collision but wasn’t hurt. Police have notified her family.

MESQUITE (CBSDFW.COM) – Police in Mesquite are searching for Barbara Sanchez, 65.

She was last seen at 5:30 this morning after leaving her son’s residence in the 900 block of Crest Meadow Lane in Mesquite. Sanchez said she was going home to Azle but never arrived. Her family said they believe she may intend to harm herself.

Sanchez is likely driving a white 2014 Nissan Versa with a Texas disabled person license plate: 4JH-KF. She is a Caucasian female, 4’10” tall, weighing about 130 pounds, with short gray hair and brown eyes. Sanchez was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
