DULUTH, Georgia (CBSDFW.COM)There are reports that Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina, has died. The 22-year-old, who was also the daughter of music star Bobby Brown, passed away at an Atlanta-area hospice.

Her family confirmed the death, issuing a statement saying:

“Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away Sunday, July, 26 2015, surrounded by her family. She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months.”

It was January of this year when Bobbi Kritina was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her Atlanta-area home. Nick Gordon, whom Brown called her husband, and a friend discovered her in the bathtub. Police said the friend called 911, while Gordon performed CPR because they didn’t think she was breathing.

Bobbi Kristina’s mother, Grammy-winning Whitney Houston, was found unresponsive in bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel in February of 2012 and died hours after being discovered.
