NEW YORK (CBSDFW.COM) – CBS News will present an early debate for democratic candidates and a critical February face-off for republicans in the race for the White House as part the network’s extensive Campaign 2016 coverage.

CBS News will broadcast the Nov. 14, 2015 Democratic debate from Des Moines, Iowa, in conjunction with CBS affiliate KCCI-TV and the Des Moines Register.

The network will also broadcast the Feb. 13, 2016 Republican debate from Greenville, S.C. Both events will be 90-minutes in length and start at 9:00 PM ET. The formats for each debate as well as additional event details will be released at a later date.

The debates will be carried live on the CBS Television Network and across all CBS News platforms. In addition to live broadcasts of each debate, CBS News journalists will provide original reporting on Campaign 2016 for the CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley, CBS This Morning, Face the Nation, CBS Sunday Morning with Charles Osgood, CBS Radio News, and CBSN, the first live-anchored streaming news network.
