FLOWER MOUND (CBSDFW.COM) – Flower Mound says on its website its third-party software had a system error and distributed water bills approximately 3,000 residents to show zero water consumption for the month of July.
These individuals received a water bill that did not accurately reflect the accurate consumption.
The Town has been working to notify everyone affected and many of the residents will receive their corrected water bills soon, if they have not already.
Customers who believe there is a discrepancy with their water bill should contact the Utility Billing Department at email@example.com, 972.874.6010, or stop by the Utility Billing window at Town Hall, 2121 Cross Timbers Rd.
