The Texas-based company says the facility began production again Tuesday. According to a Tuesday news release, the production will be on a limited basis to confirm whether new procedures, facility enhancements and employee training have been effective. The company voluntarily recalled its products in April after they were linked to 10 listeria cases in four states, including three deaths in Kansas.
