DALLAS (CBSDFW) – Dallas Police are searching for a man who has exposed himself numerous times since April.

According to officials, there have been 11 cases of Indecent Exposure, Assault or Attempt Sexual Assault in the apartment complexes in the Webb Chapel area of Northwest Dallas.

The suspect, described as being a Latin male, is believed to be in his mid-30’s, 5’6″-5’9″ tall, average build approximately 160-180 pounds, short black hair, balding on the top of his head, no facial hair, wearing white painter’s pants and a painting company shirt.

In each case the suspect has been observed exposing and touching himself while approaching women. In addition to these Indecent Exposure offenses, he has also been observed looking into windows and touching himself.

Police say the suspect’s pattern has now escalated and during several offenses he tried to grab or touch the victims.

Officials sat the offenses have occurred during very early morning and afternoon hours.
