DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) — Dallas police now consider Marisol Espinosa, a mother of three, an “endangered missing person.” She was last seen Tuesday.

Police say their investigation leads detectives to believe she may be in danger. They are still asking for the public’s help in finding the 34-year-old mother.

Espinosa’s Chevy Tahoe SUV was found abandoned behind the Las Lomas Apartments on Trail Glen Drive on Friday, according to police. A vigil and search was held for her that night.

Friends and family members Saturday searched the wooded areas nearby and went door-to-door in the neighborhood closest to the apartments handing out flyers.

“It’s been tough. I just want her home,” Espinosa’s mother, Rosemary Espinosa, said. “She’s going to come home.  We have faith.”

Espinosa was last seen around 8 a.m. on Tuesday leaving the 7700 block of Aurora Street for work at NorthPark Center, where she works at Toni and Guy. She never made it.

Police describe Espinosa as 5′ 5″ and weighing 125 pounds.

Those with information are asked to contact the Dallas Police Department Missing Persons Unit at 214-671-4268.

Family members plan to expand their search Sunday.
