WEATHERFORD (CBSDFW.COM) – Someone or a group of people spent Friday night into early Saturday morning beating up people’s parked cars and trucks.

Weatherford Police say they’ve recorded at least 10 criminal mischief incidents in the East Lake Drive area.

Windows and tail lamps were destroyed by someone using “a hard blunt type object,” police say.

Detectives strongly believe the same suspect or suspects are responsible for all of the damaged vehicles based upon time frame, the types of damage and proximity of the incidents.

During at least one of the incidents, someone saw a small dark-colored truck driving slowly through the area around the time frame of when the vehicles were damage.

Weatherford Police have no solid leads and are asking for the public’s assistance to help identify the suspect(s) in this case.

Parker County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest or indictment of the individual(s) that perpetrated this crime.
